“From the first time I met Becky, I knew something incredible was going to happen. What I did not know was just how much she was going to change my life. It was my second time competing for the Miss Ohio USA title and I wanted to be the most prepared I could possibly be. We worked on my walk, practiced interview questions, and planned my wardrobe. However, these were not the things that transformed me into the woman that stands here today. What makes Becky so special and so different is her unique ability to home in on what makes you who you are. We discussed my brand, career aspirations, and the legacy I wanted to leave behind and made plans on how we were going to get there. Most importantly, she gave me the confidence to share my hearing loss journey with the world, something that, just a short time ago, seemed impossible. Becky is someone who challenges you to take that leap of faith, think bigger than you have ever imagined, and never look back because she will be right by your side, supporting you every step of the way. I learned more about myself, my goals, and how I want to live my life through this process than I ever thought possible. While I did not take home the crown, I gained the confidence to trust myself and know that I am capable of achieving even my biggest dreams. Becky gave me a new understanding of what it means to be ‘confidently beautiful’ and I am forever grateful that God placed her in my life.”
